We always give our clients advice on how to clean their shower doors after an install. But this was a great article on how to clean hard water stains on your glass shower door.

Answer: Use Delete Germ. It works quickly and will make the glass look brand new. Wearing gloves, clean using a 3M scrubby sponge and work quickly. Then rinse thoroughly. Now I am assuming you have a ceramic tile shower. If you have an acrylic tub surround, you will need to use Bring It On. It’s a little more elbow grease, but it works and is safe on fiberglass or acrylic tubs. Now, once you are done … protect your clean glass shower door and apply Invisible Shield Glass Coating. It will repel hardware deposits and keep your door clear for up to a year. Apply the coating following the directions. It smells like rubbing alcohol. And then when you clean your shower, apply the Glass and Surface Cleaner and it will reinforce the coating and you won’t be seeing spots for a year.
